Have you wanted to understand how images can be perfected using Adobe Lightroom?

In this three-hour workshop, University of Portland instructor José Velazco with take you through the best practices for a great workflow.
Topics to include:

  • Digital workflow basics

  • Importing and organizing

  • Workflow best practices with working with Lightroom

  • Flagging, rating and renaming

  • Editing and synchronizing

  • Basic color correction to grading

  • Masking

  • Synchronizing settings across a catalog

  • Final output

  • Exporting final archival and low-resolution images

  • Printing:

Each student will leave with a finished inkjet print from one of their photos.

This workshop is aimed at beginners and people who are trying to decide if Lightroom would right for them. It’s also for those who are interested into getting into digital photo printing.
